研究兴趣：

主要研究方向为细胞生物学、发育生物学、小鼠遗传学; 主要学术成果：①结合化学诱变和表型筛选，建立20余种遗传性疾病的小鼠模型并克隆突变基因；②证明蛋白磷酸酶PRL-3基因在肿瘤转移过程中的关键作用，发现下游信号因子；③对内质网紧张诱导的神经元凋亡进行分析；④运用干细胞移植治疗心肌坏死和促进新血管形成；⑤证明Notch信号传导调节血管重塑过程和抑制寡突胶质细胞分化；⑥发现干扰素抑制寡突胶质细胞凋亡；⑦发现p53和bcl-2基因对DNA损伤诱导细胞凋亡的调控作用及其对胚胎发育的影响。
