1)
早期反应基因EGR-1在吸烟引起慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的分子机制的研究。2)利用Fstl1基因敲除小鼠,研究早期肺发育的过程和机制,并建立相关肺疾病(如:肺纤维化-IPF)的动物模型。
